The Who Reschedule a Few ‘Moving On!’ Tour Dates for Spring 2020

The Who scored with this year’s Moving On! tour, as it has been a rousing success for the legendary rock and roll band, as their show at the Hollywood Bowl proved. But along the way, a few dates had to be postponed due to singer Roger Daltrey and a brief illness that forced some unplanned resting from vocal duties.

On Friday, the Who announced a handful of rescheduled dates for Spring 2020, make-ups of some gigs that had been shelved previously on the run. They are:

April 27 / American Airlines Center / Dallas, TX
April 30 / Toyota Center / Houston, TX
May 2 / Pepsi Center / Denver, CO

The Moving On! tour has been met with accolades, and with good reason: It’s a powerhouse of a night, in which Daltrey, Pete Townshend and their band — which includes Pete’s brother, Simon Townshend, drummer Zak Starkey and more — play selections from Tommy with an orchestra, then a few songs as a “rock band,” before finishing with another set of classics, accompanied by a full orchestra once again.

It’s a can’t-miss opportunity for fans of the band, truly. And remember, the Who is also releasing a new album, the simply titled Who, on Nov. 22, as previewed with a few songs lately, including “All This Music Must Fade’:

And “Ball and Chain”:
