Paul McCartney Issues Heartfelt Statement About Passing of Wings Guitarist Henry McCullough

Henry McCullough, an Irish musician/guitarist who was a member of the band Wings in the early 1970s, passed away at the age of 72 on Tuesday.
McCullough worked on Wings’ 1973 LP Red Rose Speedway, but also rose in stature due to his work with Joe Cocker, Marianne Faithfull, Donovan, and more – and is featured on Pink Floyd‘s Dark Side of the Moon, as well.
In memory of his colleague and former band mate, Paul McCartney issued a statement on his official site about McCullough, which he shared to Facebook as well:
