Watch Paul McCartney and Steven Tyler Team Up on ‘Helter Skelter’ in Las Vegas

As a concertgoer, is there anything more exciting than when a special guest shows up on stage for a surprise collaboration? It happened over the weekend in Las Vegas, where Paul McCartney and Steven Tyler teamed up for a rendition of the Beatles classic “Helter Skelter.”
Sir Paul and his band, currently out on their Freshen Up tour, were joined by Tyler, who was enjoying an off-night from Aerosmith‘s residency in Sin City. Needless to say, it was an electrifying moment:

And from a fan’s perspective:
McCartney has a few more dates on his tour coming up this week in the United States:
July 6 — Vancouver, BC — BC Place
July 10 – San Jose, CA – SAP Center
July 13 – Los Angeles CA – Dodger Stadium
He’s also re-releasing some seminal live albums on July 12 in celebration of his ongoing Freshen Up tour dates. Visit his site for more details, including some expansion on the following tease:
Paul will be reissuing four live titles in July to coincide with his current US Freshen Up tour leg. We’ve already discussed Wings Over America and CHOBA B CCCP with Paul. The next in the series is Paul Is Live…
Recorded during the US and Australian swings of the tour in support of 1993’s Off The Ground, Paul Is Live is Paul’s fifth live album. Originally released that same year, the album is famous for the multiple meanings and clues embedded in its title and cover art, all of which play on the “Paul Is Dead” conspiracy.
