Pop-punk veterans New Found Glory were supposed to be out on the road this summer supporting their new album,  Forever + Ever x Infinity, which will be released on June 19 via Hopeless Records — but, of course, the COVID-19 pandemic ruined those plans for now.

Instead of being able to promote the album properly, as the band — which regularly tours heavily throughout the year under normal circumstances — New Found Glory announced a live stream event for release day on June 19.

For this event, the band will be performing 40 songs from throughout its career, which began in 1997, and will be committing some proceeds from the live stream and merchandise sales to ColorOfChange in honor of George Floyd:

We’ve been planning this event for quite some time however in light of the senseless murder of George Floyd, we felt it was our duty to use our platform to help try and do some good as well. With that said, we will be raising money through the livestream as well as donating a portion of our ticket/merch bundles to We really hope that you join us on June 19.

Additional details about the live stream are available at this link. Access to the stream costs $9.99 at minimum, with a variety of merchandise bundles for fans to consider as well.

Forever + Ever x Infinity will be New Found Glory’s tenth full-length studio album, and was previewed in recent weeks with “Greatest of All Time,” a song and video that pretty much perfectly capture the essence of a raucous and high-energy New Found Glory live show:
