On Dec. 5, Lindsey Buckingham will host At Home with Lindsey Buckingham, a very special live stream concert performance that marks the Fleetwood Mac guitarist/songwriter‘s first public performance in almost two years (following his 2019 open-heart surgery).

We’ve seen a plethora of bands and musical artists take up the “live stream” setup in recent months, a reaction to the restrictions put on everybody by the COVID-19 pandemic, and it’s great to see someone of Buckingham’s stature enter the mix as well.

Per a news release:

The producer, guitarist, vocalist and chief songwriter for Fleetwood Mac and celebrated solo artist will mine his extensive catalogue for a playlist that will delight longtime and new fans alike. Fans will have the option to upgrade their experience with a limited edition merchandise bundle and an exclusive Q&A ahead of the show. Details below. Tickets go on sale tomorrow, Friday, November 13th at 10:00 am ET via lindseybuckingham.com.

As for more details regarding ticketing to access the stream:

Tickets for the performance are $15 + tax. There will be an option to upgrade to exclusive Q&A with Buckingham ahead of the performance ((limited to 50 people) that also includes a limited edition merchandise bundle for $125 + tax (ticket included in the price). The Q+A will begin at 7:00 pm and livestream show at 8:30PM EST.

Prior to the pandemic, Buckingham had plans to embark on a solo tour in the spring of 2020, though that outing has since been rescheduled to a point in the future that has yet to be officially determined — so this live stream marks a welcome return to action from the famed guitarist.
