Free time is a dangerous thing — and while we’re all stuck at home due to the coronavirus pandemic forcing millions to stay ever-conscious of cleanliness and personal hygiene, it’s up to our imaginations to keep us occupied. Enter Liam Gallagher of Oasis, who spent much of Saturday morning (or afternoon, if he’s back in England) posting hand-washing PSA videos on Instagram.

But, in typically cheeky Liam Gallagher fashion, these aren’t just run-of-the-mill hand-washing videos. Instead, the Manchester icon turned some Oasis classics into informative PSAs, which he sings while scrubbing his hands under the sink.

May we interest you in a little “Champagne SOAP-ernova?”

Or perhaps “Soapersonic,” a riff on “Supersonic”?

Of course, no Oasis conversation is complete without a little “Wonderwall” –er, “Wonderwash”:

A truly inspired bit, this.

Were the above actually real songs, they’d be a good fit for Now That’s What I Call Coronavirus — were that a real compilation album:

Earlier in the week, Shaun of the Dead co-stars Simon Pegg and Nick Frost recreated a scene from the 2004 zombie/horror comedy — also with a coronavirus and social distancing spin:

But we have to hand it to ol’ Liam Gallagher, always finding a way to entertain the masses — whether on stage or, now, via social media. Last month, he thought he was coming down with the coronavirus … but his house was just too hot:

Thank you for the entertainment — and helpful PSA work — Liam!
