KISS Reiterates Safety Precautions Ahead of ‘KISS 2020 Goodbye’ New Year’s Eve Live Stream Event from Dubai

KISS recently detailed its massive plans to give 2020 the send-off it deserves: An explosive, pay-per-view concert streaming event titled KISS 2020 Goodbye.
The legendary hard-rock band wants to help everybody ring in 2021 with a special live stream concert on New Year’s Eve from Atlantis in Dubai — a show Paul Stanley promised will feature “a million dollar’s worth” of pyrotechnics and much more.
It looks like it’ll be quite a spectacle:
Of course, an endeavor such as this, under the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, begs the question of what type of safety precautions will Stanley, Gene Simmons and the rest of KISS (and the band’s crew!) be taking to ensure everybody remains safe and healthy … and this video ought to answer some of those questions:
This year has been a journey for all of us, and we’re ready to send it out with a bang at #KISS2020Goodbye. See you in Dubai in 4 days!@ATLANTIS @etisalat @AHDubai #AtlantisThePalm pic.twitter.com/9wdEUUgP6V

And here’s a similar video with a bit more footage:

We’ve seen major music stars reflect on the state of things in 2020 all throughout the year, either through social media or “protest songs,” and Paul Stanley has also made his views on mask-wearing, safety restrictions and the like very clear.
With his band about to stage a massive New Year’s Eve show involving international travel, he’s made sure to share his thoughts:
FYI…EVERYONE’S safety is OUR priority The band & 3 crew tested repeatedly during rehearsals. Room locked off, cleaned daily. We boarded plane separately.
@Emirates
has hospital level air filtration. Wore masks on flight. Tested neg. to enter Dubai. Will continue masking.

And back on Dec. 24:
Frankly, I’ve had enough of the self-serving & politically motivated mask misinformation & BS about this pandemic. I don’t want to hear about “my freedom” & “my rights” that then infringe on so many other’s. Those “rights” & choosing to gather at Thanksgiving got us here. Wake up
