Houston-based three-piece Khruangbin soared in 2020, even amid a global pandemic.

In June of that year, the genre-defying band released its latest studio album, Mordechai, an engaging set of internationally-influenced vibes and worldly psychedelia/funk-rock that earned rave reviews. The video for “Time (You and I),” one of the standout tracks from the record, has nearly 3 million views on YouTube:

The group’s third album, Mordechai can probably be considered a “breakthrough” moment, as it was the first Khruangbin record to chart all over the world (in addition to being their first with prominent lead vocals on nearly every track).

With live music ready to return to our lives, Khruangbin is ready to hit the stage and celebrate the record with an audience, and on Tuesday announced Fall 2021 tour dates for the United States.
