Over the past two weeks or so, John Fogerty and his family band — the Fogerty Factory, as he’s referring to it in a series of posts on social media — the iconic rocker has been treating his fan base to some nostalgic Creedence Clearwater Revival jams from base camp in Northern California.

Here’s “Down on the Corner,” as performed by the ensemble with this introductory statement:

Our family quarantine jam playing “Down on the Corner”! We are thinking of all the fans and their families during these difficult times. Music brings us all together, even from our homes. From R to L: Featuring @shanefogerty on 12-string acoustic guitar, John on electric guitar, @kelsyfogerty on acoustic guitar, & @tylerfogerty on bass. 🎸🎤 #familyband

And here’s the quartet performing “Lodi,” which was shared via the John Fogerty social media channels on Wednesday:

In addition to all this musical fun, Fogerty also took the time to commemorate the 50th anniversary of CCR’s 1970 album Cosmo’s Factory:

50 years later… “FOGERTY’S FACTORY!” During this pandemic we re-created the iconic album cover of Cosmo’s Factory by collecting items around the house, including the Kustom Amp that was played at Woodstock – complete with Bob Fogerty shooting this cover as well as the original! Stay tuned for more performances from the factory!

So yes — do as the Instagram caption says, and stay tuned for more musical fun from the Fogerty Factory — a solid way to pass some time during the coronavirus pandemic, wouldn’t you say?
