Deep Purple Announce North American Leg of ‘Long Goodbye’ Tour for Fall 2019


Deep Purple — Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, Ian Paice, Steve Morse and Don Airey — announced a new leg of their ongoing Long Goodbye farewell tour, which will hit 25+ cities across the country this fall, presented by Live Nation.

The shows, part of the band‘s extensive touring over the past few years, is a bit of triumphant look back on the legacy and vast catalog of music they’ve put out in the world. Via the news release:

With a body of work spanning seven decades, Deep Purple has helped pioneer and define the hard rock genre whilst progressively moving into new areas to keep their sound fresh and attract new fans to the legions who have remained loyal since the band’s inception.
