Later this year, the Steve Miller Band will spend a ton of time on the road, presumably playing all the hits and a lot more for fans around the United States. According to the press release, the tour is being billed as ‘An Evening with the Steve Miller Band,’ which customarily means there will be no opening act.
That usually means marathon sets filled with fan favorites are in store — seems a good bet, considering there won’t be an opening act on stage before the legendary classic rock band.

The news comes after the Steve Miller Band did a lot of touring in 2018, including a big summer tour with Peter Frampton.
In addition to the dates above, the release hinted at a ‘new album’ and ‘compilation’ also in the works, though any further details are scarce … for now.
