Bob Weir and Wolf Bros (Don Was and Jay Lane) Announce 20-Date Tour

Last fall, Grateful Dead legend Bob Weir hit the road with Don Was (whom we interviewed in podcast format in 2017) and Jay Lane for a 19-date tour that saw them perform songs from the Dead’s repertoire and more — and things went so well, they’re doing it again.

Announced on Monday, the Bob Weir and Wolf Bros tour will embark on a 20-date outing beginning in late February.

This is more fun than a frog in a glass of milk,” said Weir in really one of the best press release quotes ever. “Don is all over his upright, and Jay needs to somehow be kept in line at times, but it’s all falling together nicely.”
