Australian Three-Piece DMA’s Return with New LP ‘For Now,’ — a Solid Britpop-Inspired Record (Listen)

Australian three-piece DMA’s formed in 2012 and achieved indie buzz with their 2016 debut, Hills End, which was notable for its undeniable throwback sound heavily inspired by revered Britpop bands like Oasis and Blur.

Two years later, they’re back with a sophomore record, For Now, and it picks up right where Hills End left off.

Lead singer Tommy O’Dell has a vocal style that would make Liam Gallagher proud, and their overall sound should definitely appeal to anybody with a deep appreciation for the aforementioned Britpop icons of yesteryear — but with a fresh take.
