Liam Gallagher and Richard Ashcroft have some big news for Britpop fans.
Gallagher, the longtime Oasis front man, has been doing the solo act thing for much of the past year. He released his first official solo studio album, As You Were, back in October and went out on a solo tour of North America around that time as well. (If you haven’t read our October feature story on Liam and his new record, be sure to do so here).
This May, Liam and his band will head back to North America for a quick tour alongside Richard Ashcroft, who rose to prominence in the BritPop/alt-rock scene in the 1990s as the singer/front man of The Verve. Ashcroft released his fifth solo album, These People, in 2016.
