Foo Fighters are out on the road touring in support of their eclectic new album, Concrete & Gold, and the outing brought them through Oregon earlier this week — where a very special guest joined them onstage.

Before playing “Big Me,” Dave Grohl introduced his old pal Krist Novoselic, his former Nirvana band mate-turned accordion enthusiast and politically-minded radio personality. Novoselic joined the rest of the band behind Grohl for a performance of the song (from Grohl’s 1995 self-titled Foo Fighters debut album).
