Back in January, we told you about Love Has Come For You, a new collaborative bluegrass album from comedian/actor Steve Martin and folk-rock singer Edie Brickell. The album, which was produced by the legendary Peter Asher, is out now (and available in our Online Store – click here!

Below, listen to the first song released from the record, When You Get to Asheville:

The song seems representative of the album as a whole, which will combine Martin’s banjo-playing skills with Brickell’s voice. The album also features guest appearances from the Steep Canyon Rangers, bassist Esperanza Spalding, Sara and Sean Watkins of Nickel Creek and studio guitarist Waddy Wachtel.

They’ll head out on a tour beginning in May – visit Martin’s website for all the details.

Update: Stream the album in full here.

Stay tuned for more!
