Word broke yesterday that NYC indie band Vampire Weekend would release a new studio album, Lemon Sounds, on May 6th.
Today, though, that news has been put into question – Pigeons & Planes clarified that XL Recordings told them that Vampire Weekend’s new album is NOT called Lemon Sounds, and that the other news regarding their new album (which IS due out on May 6th, according to their site) is fallacious.
