Early Roman Kings is the seventh track from Dylan’s upcoming album Tempest, which is due out on September 11th. This is our first sample of any of the new material. When Strike Back premieres on Friday, August 17th on Cinemax, the song Scarlet Town will make its debut over the program’s end credits.
