When you’re dealing with the Flaming Lips, it’s often better to just present, without comment. They are no doubt, the kings of music marketing, and their bizarre, jaw-dropping ideas have become expected, almost matter-of-fact by now.
You may have already heard about or seen this video, but if not – here it is. Is it Erykah Badu or is it her sister? Is it hot and sexy or disturbing? What’s with the goopy stuff, and do the different colors of goop signify body-fluids, or… something worse…?
Some of you may recognize the classic love ballad The First Time Every I Saw Your Face, popularized by Roberta Flack. Some of you may fully enjoy the great vocals by Erykah Badu. But most of you won’t even notice.
Because there’s nudity, you see. Super nudity.
