Actress Scarlett Johansson has teamed up with producers 3D (of Massive Attack) and Tim Goldsworthy (of LCD Soundsystem and U.N.K.L.E.) for a subversive re-interpretation of George Gershwin’s Summertime.
Yep, you read that correctly.
It’s part of the soundtrack to an upcoming Spanish-language film from director Everardo Valerio Gout called Dias de Gracia (Days of Grace).
