Britpop icons Blur reconvened tonight (UK time) for the Brit Awards, playing their first live performance in three years.

Their 5-song set of Boys & Girls, Song 2, Tender, Parklife, and This is a Low was the highlight of the night, understandably, considering that Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon & the gang haven’t really done much together recently…until this week. On Sunday, Albarn & Coxon played a new song, Under the West Way:

Yesterday, Blur were named as participants of the 2012 Summer Olympics Closing Ceremonies in London, alongside the Specials and New Order. Busy week, huh?
